A corporate-level trademark (brand) registration provides a professional-level pre-filing assessment, application filing and prosecution. The firm's registrations are quality-driven with sensitivity to costs. (re-direct for standard or entry-level) Corporate-level trademark registration applications are provided on an hourly-rate basis ($240 per hour plus out-of-pocket costs). Retainer required. Written cost estimates are provided on request at the earliest practical point. Clients are alerted of any issues that could throw off the target costs when detected. The federal registration process has several stages (pre-filing, filing, prosecution, publication, Certificate or Notice issuance, SOU filing), and require periodic renewals which normally must be supported with continued use of the mark. The time lapse between the filing of a federal registration application and the registration (issuance of a Certificate of Registration) can easily be a year or longer, and not all applications will succeed through to actual registration.
